Mosope Ismail, PE, LEED AP, PMP, currently serves as an Infrastructure Transformation Manager at Accenture since May 2025, following a successful tenure at SmithGroup as both an Associate Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer from August 2017 to May 2025. Mosope's diverse experience includes roles as a Challenge Detroit Fellow, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant at Penn State University, where engagement in HVAC equipment sensor preparation and tutoring in engineering mechanics took place.
