BS Murthy has extensive experience in payroll operations and compensation management, beginning with a role as Senior Executive - Payroll for India Payroll at Hughes Escorts Communications Limited from October 1999 to September 2004, overseeing payroll for 500 employees. After transitioning to Perot Systems Corporation as Payroll Operations Lead for India and Singapore and Business Analyst from September 2004 to February 2006, BS Murthy managed payroll for over 5,000 employees. Subsequently, as Regional Payroll Manager for AsiaPac at EMC Data Storage Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. from March 2006 to September 2010, payroll operations were set up for 15 countries. Currently serving as Vice President - Payroll & Compensation at Accenture since October 2010, BS Murthy leads global payroll operations for over 500,000 employees and previously held the position of Director - Payroll Operations, responsible for 300,000 employees. BS Murthy's education includes credentials from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, completed between 1991 and 1993.
