Neha Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Accenture since August 2021, Neha previously held multiple key positions at Flipkart from January 2016 to August 2021, including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Director, where significant contributions included launching the 2GUD e-commerce platform and defining Flipkart's private label strategy. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Anklesaria Group, focusing on client relationships in sectors like oil and pharmaceuticals, as well as roles at DSP BlackRock and Barclays Investment Bank, where Neha led innovative projects in sales operations and client management. Neha holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
