Nelson Smith

Nelson Smith is an experienced professional in the Communications and High Tech industry, currently serving as a Managing Director at Accenture since July 2005. In various roles including Principal Director and Senior Manager, Nelson has led efforts focused on customer insights, growth, and care transformation through intelligent solutions and digital integration. Prior to Accenture, Nelson worked at Nextel from May 2004 to June 2005, where contributions included designing an enhanced HR recruiting process and supporting interview logistics. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University, complemented by a study abroad program in Japanese Studies at Waseda University.
