Nicki Willis

Nicki Willis is the Associate Director and Global Responsible AI + Sustainability Lead with the Accenture AWS Alliance, where they currently lead the global sustainability strategy for the Accenture AWS Business Group. With a strong passion for sustainability innovation and social impact, Nicki has previously served as a Senior Marketing Associate at Nalco Water, where they led new market strategies focused on sustainability. Their experience includes roles as an Innovation Advisor at RTI International, where they developed market analysis tools for global sanitation efforts, and as Executive President of the Duke Engineers for International Development, managing high-impact engineering projects across various countries. Nicki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Duke University and has demonstrated commitment to sustainability through numerous initiatives and projects throughout their career and education.
