Pablo Reyes, D.Ed., is a corporate strategy and operations leader with a focus on service-oriented leadership and talent strategy. Currently serving as a Leadership & Talent Strategy Scientist at Accenture, they manage HR offerings and collaborate with senior executives to optimize workforce planning. Previously, they held roles including HR Strategy/Foundation Compliance Director at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and Executive Leadership HR Strategist at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Pablo earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a M.A. in Communication Studies from Edinboro University, achieving a perfect GPA.
