Pankaj Arora is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in transformation and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate Director for GBS Transformation at Accenture, Pankaj oversees the Global Legal Function with 3000 employees. Previously, Pankaj held a similar title in GBS Operations at Accenture, managing a team of approximately 3200. At Uniphore, Pankaj contributed as Director of Capability Functions Build & Transformation, focusing on establishing enterprise support functions for a rapidly growing global SaaS business. Pankaj's career began at Taj Hotels as a Business Excellence Manager, followed by roles in quality management at Microland Limited and significant leadership positions at HGS, where Pankaj led over 40 transformation projects across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include studies at Modern School and The ICFAI University, Tripura.
