Paul Lockyer

Paul Lockyer has extensive experience in public safety and emergency services management. They served as the UK DVI Commander during the Christchurch Earthquake in 2011, managing a specialist team to assist with victim identification and repatriation. Paul also held the position of Project Manager for the ACPO UK Interoperability Programme, focusing on improving national policing interoperability. They worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant before becoming the Public Safety Transformation & Operations Lead, where they currently serve as a central point of contact for global public safety initiatives. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with Psychology from Loughborough University.
