Beginning their career at Godrej GE Appliances, they progressed through various sales and management roles in multiple companies, including Perot Systems and Accenture, where they held positions such as Managing Director and led significant growth initiatives across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Pavan actively engages in corporate citizenship and is dedicated to creating inclusive environments within the workplace. Currently, they are a Managing Director at Accenture, overseeing Technology Services and the Accenture-AWS Business Group in the region.
