Peter Kildén

Peter Kildén is an accomplished HR Managing Director currently leading the HR team at Accenture for the UK, Ireland, and Africa, overseeing over 350 professionals. With a rich history in various HR roles across multiple organizations, Kildén has demonstrated expertise in talent management, change management, and fostering inclusive and diverse workplace cultures. Previously, Kildén held positions such as Nordic Market Unit CHRO Managing Director and Nordic HR Talent Supply Chain Lead, contributing significantly to strategic HR initiatives in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Kildén also has experience as a Guest Lecturer at Malmö University and has been involved in script production and project management in earlier roles. Kildén earned a Master’s degree from Lund University and a teaching degree from Malmö University.
