Prashanth Jakkula

Prashanth Jakkula is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success management and digital cloud solutions, particularly within the Microsoft Vendor Program. From June 2022 to June 2024, Prashanth served as a Senior Analyst, successfully managing a diverse portfolio of over 200 start-ups across the APAC region, focusing on cloud adoption and tailored Azure solutions. Previously, as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Prashanth guided SMB and SMC clients through cloud transformations, managing a portfolio of 60+ clients. Earlier roles include Guest Relations Agent at the Gibson Hotel, recognized as Employee of the Month, and International Peer Mentor at the National College of Ireland, assisting new international students.
