Princess Adade (née Bernard) is an award-winning Senior Technology Strategy and Execution Leader with over ten years of experience in enterprise architecture and programme delivery. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Programme Manager at STEP NOW, Princess designs and delivers youth-focused programmes while securing substantial funding. Previously, Princess held various roles, including Technology Consulting Analyst and Enterprise Architect Senior Manager at Accenture, where they led complex technology transformations for various sectors. In addition to their professional work, Princess is a Board Trustee for United St Saviour's Charity, focusing on community investment initiatives.
