Rachael Head

Rachael Head is a Service Designer with over five years of experience. They have held various roles at Accenture, including Service Design Specialist, where they focus on user-centric solutions and information synthesis. Previously, Rachael served as an Admissions Ambassador at the University of North Carolina, connecting with prospective students and enhancing their campus experience. Rachael also interned at LexisNexis, where they led user experience design initiatives and contributed to improving design operations and systems. Currently, Rachael works as a Service Design Specialist at Accenture and is serving as an English Teaching Assistant at NALCAP.
