Rachel Jacobs

Rachel Jacobs is currently a Strategy & Consulting Manager at Accenture, where they contribute to strategic initiatives. Previously, they worked at the International Rescue Committee's Anti-Human Trafficking Division, focusing on research and outreach to combat human trafficking. Additionally, they served as the Project Manager for the Office on Violence Against Women at WEAVE, overseeing a collaboration to enhance services for disabled victims. Jacobs holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of the Pacific, complemented by studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Tulane University.
