Rahul Jain

Rahul Jain is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital strategy and program delivery. Currently serving as the Department of Veterans Affairs Account Technology Lead at Accenture since March 2020, Rahul oversees multi-million-dollar investments and technology roadmaps, while modernizing the VA Home Loan program through AWS cloud-native technologies and Salesforce platforms. Previously, as Sr. Director of Digital Customer Experience at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from May 2006 to March 2020, Rahul directed the development of digital products that significantly enhanced user experience and engagement. Early career experience includes consulting as a Solutions Architect for various organizations, including the Library of Congress and the Department of Energy. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
