Ramkumar JHS is a Senior Technology Leader currently serving as the Managing Director at Accenture, where they oversee technology strategy and delivery for the Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations portfolio. With a robust background in building Global Customer Experience Practices and managing complex digital transformation projects, Ramkumar has worked across various sectors including Retail, Pharma, and Government at leading global IT firms such as Conduent, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Infosys. They completed an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2014 and have demonstrated strong expertise in developing high-performance teams and driving innovation in customer experience technologies. Ramkumar has also made significant contributions to workplace policies as a member of the Internal Complaints Committee in Bangalore.
