Randy Cyr is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in leading talent acquisition efforts across various organizations. Currently serving as the North America Recruiting Lead at Accenture since August 2015, Randy has been instrumental in enhancing recruitment strategies for a globally recognized provider of professional services. Prior to Accenture, Randy held senior management roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where significant growth was achieved, as well as at The Onstott Group and Gilbert Tweed Associates, focusing on executive search and recruitment. Early career experience includes positions at DHR International and Battalia Winston International, contributing to a robust foundation in executive recruitment. Randy holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
