They have extensive experience in various roles, including Principal Deputy Director at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center and Chief Technology Officer at the DHS National Protection and Programs Directorate. Rick's expertise spans industrial control systems, incident management, and supply chain risk management, with a strong foundation in national security and critical infrastructure resilience.
