Ricky Chan is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Oracle Business Group, specializing in change management and complex program delivery for large-scale Oracle HCM and ERP transformations. With nearly a decade of consulting experience, Ricky has worked across various industries, from Financial Services to Healthcare. They hold a BA in Economics, Psychology, and Chinese from Villanova University, as well as an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Ricky's past roles include Manager at KPMG and American Express, where they contributed significantly to change strategies and employee development initiatives. In their spare time, Ricky enjoys cooking, chess, playing tennis, and spending time with family.
