Robert Chen

Robert Chen is currently the Managing Director at Accenture, having previously served as a Senior Manager there from 2000 to 2011. With extensive experience in the information technology and services industry, they have honed skills in Business Process Design, Enterprise Architecture, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and IT Strategy. Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from National Taiwan University and a Master’s degree in MIS from National Sun Yat-Sen University. They also held positions as an Enterprise Architect at Oracle and Sales Engagement Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks.
