Ruchi Sood

Ruchi Sood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development across multiple organizations. Ruchi began a career at NIIT SmartServe as a Senior Trainer, overseeing training department functions and enhancing process efficiency from January 2004 to October 2009. Ruchi then advanced to Capgemini, where responsibilities included standardizing employee training and reporting training metrics from March 2012 to October 2014. Following this, Ruchi served as a Training Manager at Cognizant from October 2014 to October 2018, focusing on targeted training and mentorship to enhance employee skills. Currently, Ruchi holds the position of Transition Manager at Accenture AI, managing project execution and monitoring progress to ensure quality standards. Ruchi holds a B.Com degree from Delhi University and a degree in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
