Russ Pocock

Russ Pocock is currently the Managing Director of Leadership & Culture and CEO of the Storytellers at Accenture, roles they assumed after a rich career spanning over 20 years in consulting and client-side positions. They previously served as a Partner at T-minus, where they enabled start-ups to thrive in hyper-growth environments. Russ has held significant positions at major companies, including leading award-winning initiatives at Accenture, GSK, and City & Guilds, and earned a Master’s in Leadership from Henley Business School, as well as a Management Degree from Brunel University. Additionally, they are a qualified executive coach and are passionate about the outdoors and family life.
