Ryan Ona

Ryan Ona is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, financial analysis, and program management across various sectors. Ryan began a career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, ultimately achieving the rank of Lieutenant. Following military service, Ryan held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman, including Business Operations and Program Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Subsequently, Ryan joined Willis Towers Watson as a Director, managing business operations for a global portfolio and leading consulting initiatives. Currently, Ryan serves as a Senior Manager and Management Consultant at Accenture, delivering transformation advisory services to global clients, while also teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship for engineering students.
