S Krishna Chander is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Global Talent & HR Practice Director at Accenture since April 2022, S Krishna Chander leads global client engagement for the energy vertical and oversees initiatives in talent acquisition and HR technology. Previously, S Krishna Chander held several strategic roles at Shell from 2011 to 2022, including HR Consultant, Head of Recruitment for India and Malaysia, and Executive Recruitment Lead, focusing on global change programs and recruitment for various sectors. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Accenture Services, Shell, and Sutherland Global Services, complemented by an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
