Sally Lim

Sally Lim has over 22 years of experience in client experience operations, specializing in complex business processes and compliance. They held various roles at IBM from 2005 to 2010, including AP Finance Transformation Leader and Senior Accounting Manager, where they led strategic transformations and managed large teams in shared service centers. Currently, Lim serves as an Integration Lead at Accenture and is pursuing a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute while also studying for a diploma in Cost Accounting from The London Chamber of Commerce.
