Samppa Sipilä

Samppa Sipilä is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, including as an independent advisor and interim business leader from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, Samppa served as COO and CFO at Epic Foods Co from 2018 to 2020 and co-founded Reddal, where they led the Kuala Lumpur office from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, Samppa held various engineering and managerial positions at companies like Halton Group and Lassila & Tikanoja. They began their academic journey at Kouvolan yhteiskoulun lukio and Cascade Locks High School, ultimately earning an MSc from Lappeenranta University of Technology. Samppa’s educational background also includes military training as a Second Lieutenant in reserve from the Border and Coast Guard Academy in Finland.
