Samuel Holmes

Samuel Holmes is a Managing Director and Partner at Accenture, where they focus on designing and implementing transformational change for multinational companies. With deep expertise in growth strategy, enterprise operating model design, and digital transformation, Samuel leads Accenture’s Operating Model practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and is a key figure within the global Consumer Goods Strategy practice. Samuel has previously held analyst positions at Lehman Brothers, EY, and Somerfield, and has lectured at the University of Bath since 2016. They are also pursuing online business certifications from INSEAD while holding a BSc in Business Administration with first-class honours from the University of Bath.
