Sara Kosmer

Sara Kosmer possesses extensive experience in executive recruiting with a focus on the technology sector. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sara held roles including Americas Executive Researcher and Global Executive Recruiter, leading high-level talent searches and contributing to diversity initiatives while recognized as a high potential within the company. Prior to HPE, Sara spent over a decade at PinPoint Solutions, where responsibilities included oversight of Healthcare Services and Sales & Marketing practice areas, while also developing and managing a recruiter development program. Currently, as an Executive Recruiting Manager at Accenture, Sara leads recruitment efforts for North America's Technology businesses. Sara holds a BFA in Visual Communications Design from the University of Dayton, graduated Magna Cum Laude.
