Sergio Luis Conte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Agile coaching, project management, and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Agility Enablement Manager at Accenture since October 2023, Sergio plays a key role in the IT Business Agility Transformation initiative, focusing on enhancing IT organization practices through Agile methodologies. Previously, as an Agile Coach at Proguide, Sergio contributed to Banco Santander's Agile@Scale initiative. A significant tenure at PepsiCo included roles as DevSecOps IT Lead and Project/Program Management Sr. Supervisor, where Sergio Luis drove strategic value solutions and led LATAM implementation of digital initiatives.
