Shruthi S.

Shruthi S. is a Chief of Staff with a robust background in strategy, operations, and public service consulting. Previously, they held key roles at Accenture, including Public Service Strategy & Consulting Manager and Chief of Staff, where they contributed to significant client engagements across various sectors. Shruthi also gained experience as a Strategy and Policy Intern with the Laura and John Arnold Foundation and served as Project Manager at the Harvard Kennedy School's Student Social Support R&D Lab. They are currently a Lecturer in Management at Rice Business, teaching Introduction to Design Thinking. Shruthi completed a Bachelor of Arts at Emory University, followed by dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
