Shuchi Jain, DTM, is an accomplished Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional with 7.5 years of experience in diversity strategy, DEI metrics, and data analysis. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead and HR Business Partner at Accenture, Shuchi facilitates talent discussions and manages strategic projects to enhance employee engagement. Previously, as the Global Diversity Officer at Tata Consultancy Services, Shuchi orchestrated inclusion initiatives and addressed leadership readiness gaps while managing DEI strategies for employee engagement. Shuchi holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Meerut Institute of Technology and an MBA in Human Resources from BIRLA Institute of Management Technology.
