Simon Bray

Simon Bray is an expert in leadership, culture, and organizational design with a strong focus on innovation and transformation. After earning a BA(Hons) in Psychology from The University of Manchester, Simon began their career at Accenture in change management, later moving to various roles in boutique consultancies, including ?What If! Innovation, where they held multiple leadership positions. Their experience spans over 20 countries and includes leading the Singapore office of ?What If!, serving as Chief Transformation Officer at Vega Factor, and currently working as a Managing Director in Accenture’s Operating Model and Organization Design practice in New York.
