Simona Ion

Simona Ion is an Operations Solution Architect Senior Manager at Accenture, where they focus on creating innovative solutions for intelligent operations. Previously, Simona served as a Business Excellence Project Lead, identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma concepts. Prior to their time at Accenture, they held the position of Supervisor at Webhelp from 2006 to 2008. Simona holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Școala Națională de Studii Politice și Administrative din București and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
