Sinem Ülker is a seasoned Food Engineer and R&D Digitization Consultant with over 10 years of experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Consulting Manager at Accenture since 2025, Sinem previously excelled as a Senior Assistant Product Development Manager at Unilever, leading over 50 complex product development projects. Sinem also held the position of Product Development Manager at Sweet Heaven Cakes and Coffee from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their extensive professional experience, Sinem is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce at Anadolu University and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Consultancy at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, while having also completed various courses in immunology and biochemistry at Harvard Medical School and studying the microbiome at The Institute for Functional Medicine Alumni.
