Sonia Herance

Sonia Herance is a Deputy Manager in the renewable energy sector with over 25 years of experience in project management and coordination across various industries. Throughout their career, they have been involved in the Community Agricultural Policy programs, managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating on the design and improvement of client-oriented applications. They have also worked in industrial and energy projects, covering thermal, nuclear, offshore wind, photovoltaic, and hydraulic generation, overseeing all phases from bidding to commissioning. Currently, Sonia serves as Director Adjunto at Accenture and Projects Manager at BOSLAN, while pursuing a degree in Psychology with a focus on Work Psychology and Organizations at UNED.
