Soukarya Som

Soukarya Som is an Analytics Advisory Manager at Accenture and a young professional with a diverse background in technology, web development, customer service, and learning and development. They previously held positions as an Associate Consultant at IQVIA, ZS, and Prescient Healthcare Group, contributing to multiple strategic consulting projects within the Biopharma sector. Soukarya has also worked as an Integrated Insights Manager at Novartis, where they provided data-driven insights to shape commercial strategies. They hold a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Maharshi Dayanand University, along with additional qualifications in business analytics and pharmaceutics. Soukarya also enjoys teaching as a second-degree black belt instructor in Taekwondo.
