Stephen Bradley

Stephen Bradley is a Principal Director in Strategy & Consulting at Accenture’s Dublin office, with extensive experience in program management focused on transformation initiatives primarily in the banking and automotive sectors. Since May 2005, Stephen has successfully led various programs, including the Procurement Transformation Program and Loan Book Divestment Program for the Irish Banking Group, and has played a key role in the implementation of non-performing exposure management capabilities. Prior to the current role, Stephen served as a Senior Manager at the London office, overseeing critical projects such as the Target Operating Model for a global European bank. Stephen's educational background includes a recent course at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, along with degrees in Strategic Management and Commerce from University College Dublin, and further studies in Finance and Data-Driven Consulting.
