Stephen Britcher

Stephen Britcher is a Principal Director at Accenture and a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. With over 16 years of experience, they have led change management initiatives for large-scale system implementations and business transformations. Previously, Stephen worked as a Resident Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, fostering inclusive environments and supporting student development. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management at the Weatherhead School of Management. Outside of work, Stephen is an avid runner and enjoys grilling and spending time with family.
