Stephen Pester

Stephen Pester is currently a Principal Director at Accenture, leading the Industry X Capital Projects team where they focus on generative design and engineering data digitalization to optimize project decision-making. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Principal Technical Consultant at AVEVA and held various positions as a Piping Designer at Newport News Shipbuilding, Schutte & Koerting, and Raytheon. With a BA in Management of Information Systems from Eastern University and a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology, Stephen has over three decades of experience in engineering and technology optimization.
