Steve Chavez

Steve Chavez is a retired management consulting executive with expertise in change management and Agentic AI. They currently advise small and local businesses on navigating organizational and technology transitions, focusing on the evolving Agent-to-Agent economy. Throughout their career, Steve has emphasized human-centered adoption strategies, aligning stakeholders, assessing readiness, and facilitating training to support teams through transformation. A lifelong musician, Steve plays multiple instruments, including alto sax and flute, and enjoys jazz interpretations of Beatles classics. They hold a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arizona and are a Follett Library Fellow in Library Science at Dominican University.
