Steven Sullivan

Steven Sullivan has nearly 15 years of experience collaborating with over 50 higher education institutions to implement and enhance HCM, payroll, and financial management systems. They have more than five years of Workday Payroll implementation experience and a decade of work with Banner HR, consistently achieving on-time, on-budget successes. Certified in multiple Workday HCM tools, Steven has worked across institutions of varying sizes and has a strong background in public employee retirement and benefit programs. Previously, they held senior roles with Sierra-Cedar, Accenture, and Ellucian, focusing on system configurations, business process improvements, and providing post-production support. Steven holds a BA in Psychology from Austin College and has completed graduate studies in Business Administration at Stephen F. Austin State University.
