Surekha Chugh

Surekha Chugh is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the banking and BPO sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Accenture, they lead a large cross-functional team in the Finance and Accounting domain, overseeing transformational projects and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Their previous roles include positions at ICICI Bank, Genpact, and HDFC Bank, where they managed operations and financial planning while driving process improvements. Surekha holds an Economics degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce and is pursuing an MBA at Delhi University, alongside their recent completion of a leadership program at the Indian School of Business.
