Susanne Gray

Susanne Gray is a Talent and Organisation Change Management Lead for ANZ, specializing in business enablement and transformation. With a background in human-centered design, Susanne co-creates change journeys and leverages data and analytics for strategic decision-making. Susanne previously held roles as a Business Analyst and Account Manager at Commonwealth Bank and as National Implementation Manager at ANZ, where they led teams in managing change for corporate clients. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Accenture, Susanne works on major transformation projects involving cloud technology and collaborates closely with leading tech partners. Susanne earned a Business Management Certificate IV from TAFE NSW Higher Education.
