Tania Lambert has over two decades of experience in training and coaching, beginning with a role as a Trainer for systems, processes, and soft skills at Telstra from December 1991 to January 2001. Tania has been a Facilitator and Mentor at The Coaching Institute since September 2005 and has also served as a Trainer at Accenture since August 2007, focusing on contract training on an ad hoc basis. Additionally, Tania is the Owner and Coach at 3 Dimensional Success, also established in September 2005. Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from La Trobe University, completed between 1987 and 1991.
