Tara Baumgarten

Tara Baumgarten is a Strategy Manager at Accenture, specializing in supply chain, procurement, and sustainability. Previously, Tara served as an Operations Officer for the National Endowment for Democracy, where they enhanced operational efficiency and coordinated major initiatives. Tara interned with the Office of Congressman Ron Kind and the U.S. Department of State, where they gained experience in legislative processes and human rights research. Tara holds an MBA from Northwestern University and is pursuing a Master of International Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
