Tarun Pardal

Tarun Pardal is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of multinational experience in driving large-scale business transformation and organizational change. They began their career as an Associate Consultant at Techspan in 2002 and later served as a Senior Analyst and currently holds the position of Managing Director at Accenture. Tarun also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Fortis Healthcare and as a Senior Consultant at ECS Private Limited before returning to Accenture. Tarun earned their degree from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2002 and 2004.
