Terry Westropp

Terry Westropp is a Managing Director at Accenture and the Chief Operating Officer of Accenture State Healthcare Services, bringing nearly 35 years of leadership experience in operations and technology outsourcing, primarily within Health and Public Service. Terry has also worked across various industries including manufacturing, retail, and public utilities. Currently, they lead Accenture's significant engagement with the Texas Health and Human Services Agency and oversee the Health & Public Service Operations business in the Southwest United States. Terry's previous experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Dell Perot Systems from 1989 to 2005. They hold a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
