Thomas Hancock

Thomas Hancock, PhD, is a thought leader in AI, learning, and research, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Strategic AI Certificate Program at Cornerstone University and as a Senior Manager at Accenture's LearnVantage. With extensive experience in academia, Thomas has held roles including Department Chair and Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma, where they managed a diverse department and increased enrollment through data analytics. They founded Hancock Consulting, providing strategic and statistical consulting services while also conducting program evaluations and research studies. Thomas earned a PhD in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology from The University of Georgia, where they also worked as a Research Associate.
