Tim Mutlow

Tim Mutlow, MEng MBCS, is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Full Stack Engineering Manager and Principal Consultant at Accenture since March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Operance, where Tim developed a high-performing agile software development team and executed the company's technology strategy. As the Director of Jar Half Full Ltd., Tim led a company that evolved into an innovative technology provider offering web solutions. Tim co-founded Happy Goon, focusing on Augmented Reality technologies, and previously held senior development roles at Wren Kitchens and HSBC, contributing significantly to mobile app development and Business Intelligence systems. Tim holds an MEng in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
