Toby Knops

Toby Knops is currently the Lead Inventor at ?What If! Innovation, where they focus on designing and delivering innovation capability training and assisting organizations in enhancing their innovation practices. Previously, Toby held positions such as Senior Inventor and Producer at ?What If! Innovation Partners, along with roles in various theater festivals, including serving as Associate Artistic Director at the Peoples Improv Theater and Producer for both the NYC Improv Festival and the NYC Sketch Festival. Toby also completed a BA in Theater, Film, and Political Science at the University of Vermont. Prior to their current role, Toby worked as an Apprentice at the Actors Theatre of Louisville and has experience in strategy and consulting at Accenture.
